* Go to www.timebanks.org.
* Click on "About Us" toward the right top.
* Click on "Contact Us" on the left side of the page.
* Click on "Join"...blue...in the center of the page.
* Scroll down to Columbia Community Exchange and click on "join now."
* Then fill out everything.
